Regional Governance Manager

Your Tasks

ACCOUNTING COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE

• Monitor and steer regional governance in line with global KPIs and the Global Process Model. Ensure clean AHS performance and contribute to ATS savings targets.
• Drive compliance with global accounting standards and support continuous improvement across accounting processes.
• Ensure country-specific deviations are documented, periodically reviewed, and aligned with governance requirements.
• Manage assigned processes efficiently using globally defined solutions. Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with GFS ROW.
• Lead and manage activities related to scope extensions, transitions, and finance transformation projects.
  
  

AUDITS AND RISK CONTROLS

• Ensure effectiveness of the internal control framework, including timely and accurate execution of RCM controls.
• Provide complete, accurate, and timely documentation to internal and external auditors to support statutory and group financial statements.
  
  

Your Profile

• CA or CPA with 6 to 9 years of experience across diverse Finance roles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing finance projects, including transition and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, particularly SAP FI/CO, with a solid understanding of international finance and accounting practices.
• Good process knowledge of key interface areas such as SD, MM, BI, and QM relevant to Finance operations.
• Extensive operational and managerial experience across Finance and Accounting (Company and Shared Services), Controlling, Supply Chain, Affiliate Management, and Project Management. Strong understanding of group structures, policies, and governance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high personal integrity and strong acceptance within the Finance community. Results-driven leader with a continuous improvement mindset, able to take ownership, influence outcomes, and deliver high performance under tight timelines.
