What would you do? " The Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Administrator is responsible for providing advanced administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant hiring operations. The role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation management, system updates, and reporting, while supporting recruiters and sourcers across multiple roles and geographies. The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for data accuracy, process adherence, SLA support, and consistent candidate experience across recruitment activities" Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

What are we looking for? Relevant yrs years in Talent Acquisition administration or recruitment support roles, including:

  • Advanced interview scheduling and coordination
  • Candidate communication and stakeholder coordination
  • ATS data entry, maintenance, and reporting support
  • Offer documentation and recruitment administration activities
  • Adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements Exposure to Australian recruitment processes especially in airline industry Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting module"
  • Any Graduate "
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation
  • Customer service orientation with ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Strong email writing skills with clear, professional, and structured communication
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Time management, prioritization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, RPO models, and administrative best practices" Roles and Responsibilities:
  • "Australian Recruitment Admin to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders -Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones. -Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information. -Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation. -Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps. -Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents. -Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies. -Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed. -Assist in job postings on various job boards and social media platforms. -Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and process updates."
