Job Description

As a Level 3 Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent to drive our organization’s success. You will be responsible for executing the full life-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your expertise in talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and innovative sourcing methodologies will be pivotal in enhancing our recruitment outcomes. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans accordingly. Additionally, you will manage a team of junior recruiters, providing guidance and ensuring the adherence to best practices. Your ability to build strong relationships, along with your exceptional communication skills, will be key in promoting our brand and creating a positive employer image in the job market.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals and values.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates' fit for roles.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Advise senior management on market trends impacting talent acquisition.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and employment terms with candidates.
  • Promote a positive employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies preferred.
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters and driving performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and metrics effectively.
