Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries and concerns.
Maintain records of legal documents and ensure proper documentation processes.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting real estate operations.
Support in risk management and mitigation strategies for property-related projects.

The Successful Applicant

LL.B/LL.M
8-12 years of experience
Prior experience in Real Estate sector is a must
Strong knowledge of property and real estate development laws and regulations.
Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
Ability to manage compliance and legal risk effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
