Quantity Surveyor - Highway Mumbai

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Preparing quantity estimates based on the drawings for ongoing construction projects.
• Preparing quantity estimates based on the design inputs provided by the designers for tender projects.
• Reconciling the estimated quantities with construction site managers, clients, subcontractors, etc.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating BoQs.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal teams / stakeholders.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as and when required.
  
  

• Quantification using EXCEL software. Knowledge of quantification using any other industry renowned software (such as Calquan etc.) will be desirable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of mathematical formulas and application in EXCEL software.
• Excellent attention to detail
