Job Description For Quality Assurance Consultant

The Internal Controls Consultant has the following responsibilities:

• Provides support to the Head of Internal Control to ensure that staff in Chain IQ locations make optimal use of reporting, analysis, and internal control systems;
• Ensures the provision of services on request and support for recurring projects;
• Acts as a point of escalation and solution of internal and external customer requests, depending on need;
• Helps to create and fulfill the internal control plan within SSC Bucharest but also to maintain an efficient internal control framework for all departments in the Chain IQ group but also for all its clients;
• Respects the policies and procedures related to the internal control activity within Chain IQ
• Ensures that performance objectives are met: KPI - performance indicators, SLA and other objectives that may occur;
• It is oriented towards continuous improvement / automation / optimization and analysis of existing processes, providing guidance for those with whom it collaborates / counterparts;
