The role of a Quality Assurance Manager is critical in ensuring that the company’s products and services meet and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures across departments.

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality assurance in all processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks to product quality and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement training programs for quality assurance and control.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality compliance and performance to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Ensure customer feedback is systematically integrated into quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience of at least five years in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards like ISO 9001.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and reporting.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organizational quality culture.
