Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will oversee the quality assurance strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, and client expectations. Utilizing your keen eye for detail and strong analytical capabilities, you will develop and implement effective quality control processes across the organization. You will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to uphold and enhance the company’s commitment to quality excellence. Your work will span from conducting rigorous inspections to engaging with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. With your expertise, you will drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and systems.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals in daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of QA systems and suggest necessary improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align QA objectives and resolve issues.
  • Plan and conduct audits and inspections to maintain product quality standards.
  • Analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and act accordingly.
  • Investigate and resolve quality complaints and non-conformance issues swiftly.
  • Train and develop QA staff to ensure efficient and effective quality control operations.
  • Report on quality metrics, highlighting the impact of QA activities on company performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure inbound quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate customer feedback and use it to enhance product and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on improving quality standards.
