Job Description

SS&C Technologies is seeking for Software Performance & Load Test Engineer who ensures that applications are stable, scalable, and high‑performing under expected and peak workloads. The key responsibility for this role is

• Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Create and maintain test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
• Monitor system metrics and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks.
• Work with engineering teams to recommend performance improvements.
• Document findings and provide clear performance reports for stakeholders.
• Support integration of performance testing into CI/CD processes.
  
  

Technical Skills

11+ years’ experience in performance and load testing. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.). Understanding of web applications, APIs, and cloud environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana). Knowledge of database performance testing. Background in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
