Job Description
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance norms
- Oversee inspection, testing, and validation processes
- Implement risk management and mitigation strategies
- Drive quality awareness and training programs across teams
- Review and approve quality-related documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with R&D for new product quality planning
- Monitor production processes to ensure standardization
- Evaluate and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and deviations
- Ensure traceability and proper record-keeping of quality data
- Support new vendor development and qualification
- Benchmark quality practices with industry standards
- Lead quality review meetings with senior management
- Implement automation and digital tools in quality processes
