Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle QA/QC activities and quality compliance at the construction site.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and quality records.
Monitor material quality and maintain relevant test certificates and records.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain NCRs, inspection requests, material approvals, and other quality documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and testing agencies.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project quality standards.

Requirements

3-4 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Civil/Construction

Good knowledge of QA/QC compliance and documentation

Strong MS Excel & computer skills - mandatory

Good knowledge of civil construction/site activities

Good communication and coordination skills

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
