About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work closely with the Founders and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, loves working with numbers, and can drive execution across multiple cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Drive project planning, tracking, and execution across teams.Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), action trackers, and follow-ups.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.Create insightful presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates.Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities proactively.Ensure accountability and momentum across ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For

0-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, PMO, Consulting, Strategy, or Business Analysis.Strong academic background from reputed institutions.Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Background

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, student bodies, competitions, clubs, or entrepreneurial initiatives.Experience working with senior leadership, founders, or cross-functional teams is a plus.
