Job Title: Project Manager

Department/Function: Operations – RPA

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Project Manager (E) to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery and tracking for a single platform, including governance management, process and infrastructure issue resolution, and project coordination. The candidate will ensure adherence to SOPs, manage stakeholder communication, and support platform-related initiatives. The role may also involve team leadership responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute project activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication at Level 1 for platform delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for a single platform.
• Oversee governance processes and resolve infrastructure and process-related issues.
• Provide project support and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
• May be responsible for leading a team and managing task allocation.
• Ensure governance management and compliance across all project activities.
• Support internal reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and execution skills.
• Understanding of governance and SOP adherence.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage infrastructure and process issues.
• Team leadership and task management capabilities.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience: 3 - 7 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within financial services or technology platforms.
