Key Responsibilities
Project Management (50%)
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud infrastructure engagements—planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering Azure infrastructure projects (e.g., migration, modernization, landing zone implementation, infra-as-code).
Create and maintain project plans, risk registers, budgets, and dashboards; own project reporting cadence with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure governance through weekly status reviews, RAID log maintenance, and change request handling.
Handle escalations and ensure customer expectations are aligned with delivery milestones.
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met for customer environments.
Work closely with operations teams (L2/L3) to resolve chronic issues, improve service health, and drive automation or tooling initiatives.
Participate in QBRs and service reviews, contributing to CSAT improvements and continuous service enhancement.
Pre-Sales Support (20%)
Contribute to solution design, effort estimation, and proposal writing for managed services and Azure project opportunities.
Participate in customer workshops and RFP/RFI responses, bringing delivery and PMO lens to solutioning.
Collaborate with sales and solution architects to shape delivery-aligned proposals with realistic commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4–5 years in Project/Program Management.
5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with 3+ years on Azure operations.
Experience managing both project-based and managed services (steady state) engagements.
Solid understanding of Azure services: IaaS, Networking, PaaS components, Azure Monitor, Security, ARM templates/Bicep, etc.
Strong command over project management frameworks (PMP/PMI, Agile, or equivalent).
Excellent stakeholder and communication management—able to work directly with senior customer leadership.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
Exposure to cost and effort modeling in pre-sales scenarios is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305) are strongly preferred.
ITIL Foundation or Intermediate level certification is a plus.
