💫 We are urgently seeking for the below position.

🔯 Position : *PROJECT MANAGER*

🔯 Location : *THANE, (MUMBAI)*

🔯 Experience : *5 TO 10 Years of Experience in Project Management.*

🔯 Salary :- *UPTO 12 LPA*

🔯 Education : *B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or related field*

🛠️ *Roles & Responsibility*

🔆 *Visit sites* as and when required

🔆Preparation of drawing

🔆Schedule project and implementation of it as per timeline. Ensure customer is satisfied.

🔆Ensure timely billing as per the terms / specifications of project.

🔆Inspection of work and *commissioning*

🔆Post sales, handover of site and documentation.

🔆AMC / trouble shooting and sorting out of any issues after execution of the site.

🔆 *Manpower planning* and management at sites for projects

🔆Coordination with vendors, site in- charge of customer and internal office coordinator for site work

🔆Ensure *statutory compliance of labor subcontract* , safety measures etc.

🔆Update on day to day activities on site

🔆Timely reporting on project development

🔆Any other jobs as and when given by the management.
