We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - HR Data to lead and drive strategic initiatives focused on HR data transformation, integration, and analytics. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects related to workforce data management, people analytics, and HR system enhancements. Your work will play a critical role in improving the accessibility, quality, and strategic use of HR data across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex data-driven initiatives and projects using established Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Lead end-to-end project management for HR data initiatives, from business case development through execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics and business ops leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with strategic objectives.
Support data governance and data quality initiatives across the HR function.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) integration testing for data platforms and analytics tools.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and deliver executive-level status reports using various project management tools
Communicate effectively with senior leadership (Directors, VPs) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Support the design and rollout of data dashboards and reporting solutions for global regions (LATAM, APAC, Europe).
Proactively manage project risks and interdependencies by maintaining and analysing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to support informed decision-making and mitigate potential barriers.
Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking UAT/E2E testing activities.
Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.
Build trust and credibility as a strategic partner in data transformation and project delivery.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in Project Management domain.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects involving HR data and analytics.
Well-versed in project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira or Smartsheet, with the ability to tailor tools to support effective planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
