Job Description: Project Lead: Industrial & Warehousing

Department: JLL PDS, Mumbai

Reports to: Senior Project Lead / Project Director

Experience Level: 8-12years

Project Location: Khopoli

Position Summary

Manage industrial and warehousing construction projects with Civil engineering and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously from design through completion
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, and consultants for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Review civil engineering plans including site development, utilities, and drainage systems
• Oversee PEB design submittals, structural details, and erection sequences
• Administer contracts, budgets, and change order processes
• Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
• Ensure building code compliance and coordinate authority approvals
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8-12 years project management experience
• Minimum 5 years in industrial/warehousing construction
• Hands-on PEB systems experience
  
  

• Civil engineering knowledge (site development, utilities)
• PEB structural systems and erection procedures
• Industrial building requirements (loading docks, heavy foundations, floor tolerances)
• Project management software (MS Project)
• AutoCAD plan reading and review
