SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Team Member – Execution supports site construction activities by assisting in supervision of works, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. The role supports senior engineers and site leads in achieving construction milestones and maintaining project schedules.

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional Perspective

  • Assist in reducing material wastage and rework at site
  • Support productivity improvements and efficient resource utilization
  • Assist in monitoring material consumption and site usage
  • Support achievement of project milestones and billing targets

Customer Perspective

  • Support execution of works as per project timelines and quality standards
  • Assist in coordinating inspections with consultants and clients
  • Help resolve site-level execution issues through coordination with contractors
  • Contribute to maintaining good stakeholder relationships through disciplined execution

Internal Process Perspective

  • Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at site
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, planning, and MEP teams
  • Monitor contractor manpower deployment and work progress
  • Support preparation of daily progress reports and site documentation
  • Maintain site records and assist in inspection documentation

  • Develop technical knowledge of construction execution and site practices
  • Learn quality and safety standards applicable to construction projects
  • Participate in training and capability development initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Language Skills

  • English
  • National (Preferred)
  • Regional (Desirable)

Experience

Years of Experience

  • 3–6 years in construction execution

Experience

  • Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, quality and safety systems, and reporting.

  • Knowledge of various construction types (RCC / Steel / Hybrid / MEP / Finishes /Precasting/ Erection / Tunnelling / Marine Work / Fabrication / Formwork / Piling / Roadworks, etc., as applicable), methods, materials,techniquesand trends to effectively plan and manage construction projects andoptimizeresources, ensuring safety, andmaintainingquality standards
  • Ability to understand project/package requirements and accurately determine/ forecast the anticipated costs by evaluating materials, manpower, equipment, vendor and overhead expenses keeping in view market realities and historical data from past project deployments to prepare a detailed estimate plan (or ACE plan, as applicable) that informs budgeting and financial planning
  • Ability to understand andutilizeadvanced software in use across process/ project lifecycle to effectively carry out the functional responsibilities and improve usage and adoption of such tools (existing and new) across teams, aiding with enhanced project planning and execution
  • Ability to apply knowledge of architectural and engineering drawing standards with respect to Drawing Control Index (DCI) to read, analyze, and interpret various types of technical drawings, including blueprints, schematics, detailed drawings, GFC drawings and shop drawings to understand design specifications, dimensions, materials, and construction methods essential for successful engineering design, project planning and execution
  • Ability to utilize knowledge of time management, prioritization techniques, and stakeholder availability to efficiently plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings (including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items), as well as manage travel coordination, ensuring maximized productivity, minimized conflicts, and seamless execution of daily operations
  • Ability to systematically assess the project's progress and outcomes (such as scope, schedule, resource utilization, costs, compliance) against the plan using relevant tools and templates, and determine the cause and impact of any deviations (attributed to both internal and external factors, as well as concurrent issues) to facilitate informed decision-making and implement corrective actions that align project outcomes with objectives within the framework of the contract
  • Ability to capture and interpret data toidentifytrends and actionable insights on bottlenecks and inefficiencies and guide decision-making by using relevant analytical tools and visualizing data to prepare detailed update reports and dashboards on key KPIs
