Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Analytics COE Leader to build, scale, and lead a high-impact Analytics & GenAI Center of Excellence. This role requires a strong blend of deep analytics expertise, GenAI/LLM leadership, agentic AI exposure, and enterprise delivery execution.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who has successfully built analytics capabilities at scale, driven client transformation, and delivered business outcomes using data, AI, and GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
COE & Capability Leadership
- Build and scale the Analytics & GenAI COE across traditional analytics, advanced analytics, and GenAI use cases.
- Define COE vision, roadmap, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
- Drive capability building across Analytics, LLMs, Agentic AI, ML, and GenAI platforms.
- Mentor and grow senior analytics leaders, architects, and delivery managers.
GenAI & Advanced Analytics
- Lead enterprise adoption of GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and deliver solutions involving:
- LLM orchestration & prompt engineering
- Agentic workflows and autonomous agents
- RAG architectures
- NLP, predictive & prescriptive analytics
- Evaluate and onboard GenAI tools, platforms, and frameworks.
Client & Delivery Excellence
- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and GenAI programs for large enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure strong delivery governance, execution excellence, and value realization.
- Drive client growth through solutioning, renewals, and expansion.
Strategy & Business Impact
- Translate business problems into data-driven and AI-led solutions.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams on pre-sales, proposals, and solution strategy.
- Drive measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, cost optimization, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or AI leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and leading an Analytics COE at scale.
- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in:
- Advanced Analytics & Data Science
- GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI
- ML / AI solution design and deployment
- Experience working with enterprise clients across industries.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and AI tooling.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
