Key responsibilities

1. Competitive benchmarking and have intel about the product launches to share insights with the Senior Management on time to time basis.

2. Conceptualize and launch new product and enhance value proposition of existing products through re-pricing or feature enhancement in line with agreed Product Calendar for the year

3. Engage with cross-functional teams for operational and launch readiness of new product and functionalities

4. Pre-Align stakeholders in IT/Legal/Pricing/Marketing/Distribution/Training to ensure smooth and timely launch of products/solutions.

5. Responsible for timely launch of product across channels, product training (TTT) for trainers, customer service and other back end functions.

6. Conduct products data analysis and sketch distributor and customer patterns to identify trends and create strategical plan of action.

7. Timely reporting of regulatory reporting and manage accurate and timely responses to the product related queries.

8. Manage end to end tech development of product & coordinate with multi stakeholders for smooth transitions

• QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Preference to candidates with MBA from a good business school with 3 years + work experience
• Life Insurance domain expertise with Product Development/Management experience
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and IRDAI regulations preferably with a prior experience in product development & management
