Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for delivering excellent online and F2F product demonstrations.
• Planning and conducting refresher product training for teachers.
• Fortnightly report on usage for the product specialists & ensuring maximum usage basis the set benchmarks.
• Share the customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement.
• Retention of the existing customers.
• Ongoing client support and engagement.
• To ensure all service parameters are monitored and tracked and accurately delivered.
• Responsible for providing service to internal customers/ new updates on products and services.
• Identify new freelance trainers for the onboarding process.

QUALIFICATION

• A graduate/postgraduate degree in English / Education will be preferred.
• Preferred industry – Academics.

EXPERIENCE

Must have 3-7 years of experience in product training and account management
