Product Owner- PEP Team

  • User Acquisition and Growth:
  • Define and execute strategies to increase app downloads and active user base.
  • Collaborate with Research, Marketing teams to optimize user funnels and campaigns.
  • Monitor key growth metrics including installs, daily active users (DAU), and monthly active users (MAU).

KPIs: User acquisition rate, Cost per install (CPI), Growth rate of active users.

  • User Engagement and Retention
  • Drive feature development enhances user engagement and session duration.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to reduce churn and increase retention rates.
  • Implement in-app personalization and push notification strategies.

KPIs: Retention rates (Day 1, 7, 30,60,90), Session length, Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • Value Proposition Measurement, Enhancement, and Sustainability: Ensure the apps value proposition remains relevant, impactful, and consistently delivers measurable benefits to users and service providers.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive measurement framework to track core value metrics across all modules (survey, rewards, social schemes, services, jobs, healthcare, news).
  • Use quantitative analytics and qualitative user feedback to assess value realization and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging user needs to proactively evolve the value proposition.

KPIs :

  • Accuracy and completeness of value metrics reporting.

ii. Quarterly improvement in core value KPIs (reward redemption, scheme inquiries, job application inquires, service transaction volume, Number of inquiries for Ayushman Bharath hospitals).

iii. User satisfaction and retention rates linked directly to value modules.

  • Product Experience and Usability
  • Ensure seamless user experience with intuitive UI/UX and minimal friction points.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate rapidly based on user insights.

KPIs: User satisfaction scores, App store ratings and reviews.

  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
  • Act as the single point of contact for product-related decisions across IT, Research, Marketing, and Support.
  • Ensure clear communication of product goals and priorities.
  • Manage product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

KPIs: Stakeholder satisfaction, Number of successful releases.

  • Compliance and Security
  • Ensure app meets regulatory requirements (data privacy, security standards).
  • Coordinate with legal and security teams to manage risks and compliance audits.

KPIs: Compliance audit pass rate, Number of security incidents.
