The opportunity

As a Senior Manager - Products and Solutions, you will be primarily responsible for merchant acquiring products. You will understand business requirements from customers and create functional documentation covering the product solutions that will be offered to them.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Lead the merchant acquiring products strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and develop comprehensive functional documentation.
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions, gathering both explicit and implicit needs from stakeholders.
• Define project scope, assumptions, and constraints, followed by releasing the scope document for stakeholder review and sign-off.
• Identify and prioritize product enhancement opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to provide insights for proposals and RFP responses.
• Develop and maintain standard product offerings with a focus on long-term vision and market competition.
• Evaluate product feature gaps against competitors and clients' expectations.
• Work closely with engineering teams to gather inputs on proposed solutions and required efforts.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

• Total Experience 12+ years with 4+years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Analysis.
• Mandatory experience in the Payment Card Industry; merchant acquiring experience is preferred.
• Understanding of scheme mandates, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the payments domain is an advantage.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective product solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to execute successfully.
• Self-driven team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
