Role/Job Title: Product Manager - POS

Business: Retail Banking

Function/ Department: Alternate Channels

Place of work: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

'- Lead the POS business to expand volume of business and profitability of products and portfolio

• Guide distribution of products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
• Own the loan business P&L and drive cost effective operations
• Partner with the Technology and Digital teams to facilitate process improvements and innovation, thereby increasing operational efficiency and creating a online seamless experience for the customer
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, Brands, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio
• Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
• Work with business analytics team to identify potential for POS business and prepare for external environment
• Lead ideation of standardized processes to ensure smooth functioning of POS business
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities:

'- Manage and improve the online partner journey and customer experience to differentiate the bank from competition

• Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives in offering, channel & process point of view and ensure its implementation to improve overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments and functions to provide best-in-class products and service offerings to the customer
  
  

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

'- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity

• Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer’s needs holistically
• Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
  
  

Key Success Metrics:

Business P&L, profitability, revenue through strategic key partnerships with online vendors, portfolio quality (bounce rate, delinquency below threshold)
