About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager II – Growth to join our Product team and drive initiatives across the user growth journey. The role will focus on acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention, with a strong emphasis on data-driven product decisions and experimentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience building and scaling B2C products, understanding user funnels, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for key Growth initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Identify opportunities across the user funnel to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze user behavior, product data, and funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Design and run A/B tests and product experiments to improve conversion and engagement.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver product initiatives.
• Build and optimize user journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
• Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on data and customer feedback.
• Priorities initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and effort.
• Drive cross-functional execution and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Present product insights, experiment results, and roadmap updates to senior stakeholders.
  
  

What Do You Need to Bring?

• 5–9 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2C, Consumer Internet, Fintech, or high-scale digital products.
• Strong experience in Growth Product Management.
• Experience owning acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or referral journeys.
• Strong understanding of product funnels and growth metrics.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert data and customer insights into actionable product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, WealthTech, Stock Broking, Banking, or Consumer Internet.
• Experience working on high-scale B2C products.
• Experience with referral, rewards, loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, or personalization products.
• Experience building growth loops or improving product-led growth.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition and lifecycle management.
