Purpose of the Role

Own the design, evolution, and performance of Savings Account propositions across affluent customer segments.

Responsibilities

Proposition Strategy

• Develop and evolve savings account propositions for key customer segments.
• Define product features, benefits, pricing, and positioning.
• Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into product enhancements.

Customer & Market Insights

• Conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Drive customer research and insight generation.
• Monitor customer trends and changing banking behaviors.

Segment Performance

• Recommend proposition improvements based on customer and business performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital teams to execute segment strategies.
