The Product Manager CT - West plays a critical role in building Computed Tomography (CT) business for the region combining commercial leadership with technical and clinical expertise. This role is responsible for driving market share gain, profitable growth, and clinical adoption of GE HealthCare CT portfolio in the region. The person will partner with region sales team to deliver on targets for Orders, Sales, profitability and Market Share.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Own and Drive share growth and go-to-market strategy of the CT portfolio, including product positioning for the West Region
Forecast market QoQ, analyze competitor activities, provide customer insights to leadership & drive the strategy to align with business goals
Serve as a CT product subject matter expert and technical liaison to the sales team with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
Deliver high quality customer presentations to Head of Depts/ Biomedical/ CXOs/ Owners that support CT value propositions commercially and technically
Lead technical discussions to pitch and position the right product aligning to customer needs and competitive differentiation
Managing government tender specifications and right pricing strategy to improve our participation and win rate for govt business
Owns KOL management and product marketing activities in the region
Work with Channel Partners to build and grow channel business in the region
Providing comprehensive and continuous sales training and building comprehensive competitive intelligence collaterals for effective objection handling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical or Lifesciences, MBA would be an added advantage
At least 7+ years of experience, preferably in medical equipment sales/product
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to influence and work with C-level executives of established large clients in Healthcare Industry
Strong business acumen; financial and organizational & Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
Give presentations and deliver materials with skill, confidence, and credibility.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively
