Role/ Job Title- Product Manager- Credit Syndication

Business Unit – Wholesale Banking

Job Purpose- The purpose of the job is to contribution to Organization through Fee generation through syndication of transactions & selldown of identified exposures from the bank's balance sheet as an underwriting / de-risking strategy

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, Presentations, etc. for placement of deal
  • Actively facilitate the lender/investor’s approval process through head of terms, in-principle-to-final sanctions, negotiation of documentation, etc.
  • Relationship management with existing lenders / investors
  • Scoping market for origination of deals, including cold-calling etc
  • Tracking business news / industry journals / rating releases / Bloomberg / MCA etc. for sighting potential origination opportunities
  • Cold calling clients for scoping business
  • Team's MIS Management
  • Other team related activities, incl SOP Review, Engaging with IA

Educational Qualification:

Graduation: Any graduate

Post Graduation: Any post graduate

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in credit syndication
