Job Purpose

A Corporate Salary Product Manager would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current corporate salary Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing corporate salary portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Product Management - Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products
• Develop new product variants for new segments
• Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation
• Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required
• Identify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio
• Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers
• Product training and awareness
• Channel support and query resolution
• Customer communication
