Job Requirements

Job Purpose: The job purpose is to:

Tech development/ SFDC conceptualization and implementation in coordination with technical team.

To manage the lifecycle of Commercial Banking lending products, from initial concept to market launch and beyond.

Involves understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, developing product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and monitoring.

Optimizing existing products and ensuring they meet regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technological Advancement:
  • o SFDC conceptualization and implementation in coordination with technical team
  • o Enhancements and enrichment of features to meet the product / programs/ process requirements
  • o CBS or other technical developments to meet the product requirements.
  • Product development:
  • o Define and develop new financial product programs and manage existing ones through their life cycle.
  • o Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Portfolio and Process:
  • o Review of Existing Products / Policy/ SOP and modifications along with new product /program launch
  • o Co-ordinate for RBI inspection, Internal and Statutory Audit and ensuring for closure all the queries raised by the concerned auditors.
  • o Monitor the portfolio performance like Covenants/ Annual reviews, overdue, etc.
  • o Serve as a central point of contact for teams like IT, Risk, Legal, operations, and compliance.
  • o High proficiency requirement in excel and power point
  • Managing the Commercial Banking Lending Portfolio in regards to Overdue Monitoring, Performance and other key parameters.
  • Present the management with a regular update on the wholesale lending portfolio.
  • Track key performance and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent Commercial Banking and collaborate with Compliance to facilitate data submission and smooth conduct of the RBI inspection/ Internal Audit/ Statutory Auditors.
  • Develop new and maintain Relationship with the IDFC First Bank vendors / data aggregators crucial for lending requirement.
  • Provide support to Business RMs on Product query resolution on transactions related matters.

Education Qualification

  • Graduation: Any graduate
  • Post-graduation: Any post-graduate

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience into product management role.
