Requirements

• Develop and manage IT product certifications from beginning to end, including PRD/BRD, hardware procurement, resource allocation, testing, application support and issue and risk analysis.
• Provide end to end product management and ensure the PRD/BRD has clear scope, timelines and escalation
• paths. Manage product features. Influence clients, vendors, business development & cross-functional team priorities.
• Works with CXOs and key stake holders to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), compliance, accessibility, and other requirements.
• Thoroughly testing each developer work and being responsible for moving things from In-review to done.
• Drives feature discussions with BD & cross-functional and others (e.g., PMS, HR, Training, legal, finance). Produces clear, concise documents.
• Understands technologies within product area. Can articulate technology requirements for a feature/API (e.g., performance, latency). Asks the right technical questions; can identify risks in technology design choices.
• Optimizes roadmap intake (e.g., features, bugs, etc.) and improve end-user customer experience.
• Act as an escalation point for the requesting team and key stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to green throughout the life of the request.
• Proactively manage change control and impact in project scope, identify issues, and devising contingency plans.
• Identify and manage product dependencies with real-time milestone, task, and product health data for all your requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, share best practices with your peers and leaders and implement continuous improvement actions on a regular basis.
  
  

• 6-10 years of experience in Product Development, solution architect, design & Architecture in the IT industry, computer software, Market research, consumer product industry.
  
  

• Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromises and influencing others and problem solving.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, excel and SharePoint.
• Very good understanding of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming paradigms (Eg, Java-8, Rest APIs, Spark, HTML-CSS, Microservices, Python, Angular/React, No-SQL (Cassandra, ES, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.) and SQL databases), and project/process management tools.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience working in code directly
• 2+ years of product management experience
• Experience with AGILE, SCRUM and Sprints
• Experience taking a product from conception to production.
• Min. Qualification, Bachelors Degree (BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA) from reputed university.
