Position Title: Manager – Procurement

Reports To: General Manager

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles And Responsibilities

• Should be aware of the P2P (Procure to Pay) process.
• Manage end to end procurement for assigned categories of raw materials.
• Maintain strong follow ups with suppliers for timely deliveries and communicate updates appropriately to stakeholders.
• Ensure schedule adherence and achieve 98% on time delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and consistent performance.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and resolve escalations related to quality or delivery issues.
• Implement and monitor the FIFO mechanism, inventory controls, and stock optimization.
• Work with cross functional teams (quality, operations, logistics) to streamline processes.
• Understand quality issues and coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper corrective actions are taken.
• Mandatory hands on experience in SAP and Excel. Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  
  

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Experience in manufacturing plant is preferred
• Hands-on experience in procurement and supplier management
• Analytical Skills - PowerBI, Taleu, Data Analytics, Advance Excel
