Job Description

Lead sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities across consumer, tech, and operator‑driven sectors.

Drive deep financial analysis, business model assessment, competition benchmarking, and market sizing.

End‑to‑end deal ownership: diligence, IC preparation, structuring, and execution.

Work closely with founders post‑investment on strategy, GTM, org design, and P&L decisions.

Represent the funds values in every interaction-high integrity, humility, and long‑term orientation.

The Successful Applicant

12-14 years of experience as a founder, operator with strong P&L ownership, or investment professional.

Proven ability to work with early‑stage companies from Seed to Series A.

Strong financial modeling, strategic thinking, and founder empathy.

High maturity, strong judgment, and alignment with the funds values and investment philosophy.

Preference for candidates with consumer‑sector depth or operator backgrounds from firms like Blinkit, Flipkart, etc.
