Job Summary

As the Principal Architect - UI/UX at Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric interfaces for our products. Your role will involve creating seamless and engaging user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the UI/UX strategy and implementation. You will innovate and inspire the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality UI/UX solutions.

• Strategic Leadership:
• Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy in alignment with the companys vision and goals.
• Lead the design team in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all digital products.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure their integration into all stages of product development.
• Design and Development:
• Oversee the entire design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in the design language across all platforms and products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions.
• User Research and Testing:
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive design decisions and measure the impact of UI/UX changes.
• Innovation and Trends:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
• Introduce innovative design practices and methodologies to enhance the design process.
• Mentor and guide the design team in adopting new tools and techniques.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between design, development, and product teams.
  
  

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and others.
• Proficient in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
