Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai (Andheri East) for a Presales Engineer. The Presales Engineer will support technical scoping, proposals, and bid management across our service lines. Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including crafting compelling proposal documents, responding to tenders, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales with technical presentations and solution walkthroughs for VAPT, SOC, and Compliance offeringsUnderstand client requirements and map them to the right service/solutionAssist in scoping VAPT and SOC engagements to support effort estimation and pricingSupport compliance proposals (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)Prepare and manage tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and SOWsAnalyze bid requirements and coordinate with internal teams for inputsDraft, review, and refine technical and commercial proposalsMaintain technical collateral (brochures, methodology decks, sample reports)Track bid timelines and ensure timely submissions

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience of pre-sales in cybersecurity, IT, or related technical fieldBasic understanding of VAPT, SOC operations, and compliance frameworksStrong written communication and proposal-drafting skillsGood organizational skills to manage multiple bids/timelinesAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
