About The Role

We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building Power BI dashboards, working with semantic data models, and handling SQL-based data operations. This role requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and manage semantic models for efficient data representation.
• Create and optimize SQL Views, Stored Procedures, and manage ETL processes for data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, insightful reports.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in reporting solutions.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Power BI development (data modelling, DAX, Power Query).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for creating and managing complex queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Qlik Sense (added advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good at requirement gathering and technical documentation.
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent).
• Any cloud-related certification (AWS/Azure fundamentals).
