Salary: up to Rs 25K CTC

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented executive responsible for POD collection, verification, and maintaining accurate MIS to support billing and operational closure.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Ensure timely collection of PODs from transporters and clients
• Verify POD documents (stamp, signature, date, discrepancies)
• Maintain POD tracking MIS and status reports
• Regular follow-up for pending PODs
• Upload and update POD records in system/software
• Coordinate with billing team for invoice processing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
  

• POD collection TAT
• Pending POD aging
• MIS accuracy
• Error-free documentation
• Billing support turnaround
  

• 10+2 or above
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/MIS/documentation
  

• MS Excel proficiency (mandatory)
• Attention to detail
• Follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of logistics documentation
