Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Primary Responsibility:

To manage end-to-end operational processes for Portfolio Management Services

1. Transaction Processing & Trade Support

• Execute and reconcile equity & debt trades in coordination with dealers and custodians
• Ensure timely trade confirmation and settlement
• Corporate action processing (bonus, splits, dividends, rights, etc.)
• Monitor trade lifecycle and resolve discrepancies

2. Client Onboarding & Documentation

• Handling PMS account opening documentation
• KYC / FATCA compliance checks
• Coordination with custodians, RTA, and compliance teams
• Maintaining investor records and documentation repository
