Role Overview

The Wealth Management Digital Marketing team is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and execution-focused Associate to support site content management for E*TRADE.com and Morganstanley.com. This candidate must be extremely well organized and have excellent communication and time management skills. Collaboration with onsite stakeholders in marketing, product, legal, sales & service in this cross-functional role is required. Additional responsibilities include leading innovative opportunities to keep site engagement to help deliver client, prospect and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch web pages using Adobe Experience Manager, our content management system
• Plan, execute, and manage site requests with our partners using Adobe Workfront
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within current and planned experiences
• Strategic support to optimize the conversion of client landing pages into the new site design with cross functional partners’ input
• Lead the development and conversion of redesigned templates for landing and content pages
• Integrate new capabilities to enhance site engagement and support the testing of emerging technology
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in marketing or technology
• 2+ years of experience in marketing either via internships or paid positions
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies
• Knowledge of Agile methodology tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Workfront)
• Experience with a content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager or other)
• Experience with a testing and optimization platform (Optimizely, Adobe Target, or other)
• Experience with a tag management platform (Ensighten, Adobe Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager, or other)
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
