Roles And Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage detailed EPC project plans and schedules for ongoing Retail Projects to ensure alignment with target timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to identify dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize project sequencing.
• Monitor and control project costs, implementing corrective measures for variances and preparing regular financial reports for management review.
• Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, vendors, and senior management, delivering accurate status updates and feedback.
• Facilitate resource allocation and forecasting to address shortfalls and surpluses, ensuring availability of skilled manpower and material resources.
• Analyze and mitigate potential project risks through proactive planning, contingency development, and ongoing scenario analysis.
• Support documentation, compliance, and audit requirements associated with project execution, maintaining accurate records for all phases.
• Continuously evaluate project performance metrics and implement improvement measures to drive efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
