Job Purpose

Build and manage relationships with Classic program clients to ensure customer acquisition, retention, and income generation through sales of Assets, Liability, and Cash Management products.

Key Responsibilities

HNW Portfolio Management

Identify and upgrade branch customers meeting Classic program criteria; Acquire new customers meeting product criteria and flag them on the system; Enhance portfolio value and achieve revenue and top-line targets for products like LI, MF, CASA, FX, and Quickremit; Interact regularly with customers to build relationships and understand profiles; Product Group Holding (IPGH) Is Reached; Ensure optimal income-generating product group holding; Enhance client CTG levels and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Group Holding (IPGH) is reached.

Group profitability is achieved

Deliver quality customer service by resolving queries and complaints within the same day; Inform customers of regulatory or process changes and update them on program features; Ensure all complaints are resolved within the bank-specified TAT.

Education

Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.

Certifications

NRI Product and Regulatory Knowledge, AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification.

Key Competencies

Sales and influencing skills, banking product and process knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
