Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing, monitoring, and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests while providing actionable tuning recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance testing strategies and performance test plans
• Define and design Workload Models (WLM)
• Set up and manage Load Generators (LGs) on-premise
• Execute performance test scenarios using JMeter and related tools
• Monitor application performance using enterprise monitoring tools
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Provide performance tuning recommendations post testing
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with JMeter
• 2–3 years of experience with performance monitoring tools such as:
• AppDynamics
• Dynatrace
• Datadog
• Splunk
  

• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts
• Experience in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
• Ability to work with distributed systems and large-scale applications
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
