What would you do? The Performance Management Associate supports the delivery of Performance & Career Management services by processing employee and manager requests accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on transactional execution, adherence to defined processes, and timely resolution of performance-related service requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.

What are we looking for? "Relevant years of experience in HR Operations or shared services environment

• Exposure to Performance Management or HR transactional processes is an advantage"
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).

• Basic understanding of HR Operations and Performance Management processes
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions consistently

• Provide basic support to employees and managers related to goals, reviews, and performance administration
• Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain quality standards, accuracy, and SLA compliance
