Job Role

• Independently monitor, support, and promote the National Pension System (NPS).

• Achieve sales targets by regularly engaging with HRs, Nodal Officers, and employees in corporate and government offices.

• Coordinate and conduct NPS helpdesks and awareness sessions to deepen NPS penetration.

• Guide employees through the end-to-end NPS process, ensuring they opt for Pension Fund during registration or scheme change.

• Analyze industry trends and developments; prepare corporate presentations and related materials.

• Undertake extensive daily travel across Mumbai and surrounding regions to meet clients, conduct sessions, and manage on-ground activities.
