Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Officer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in biscuit manufacturing. The candidate should be a Food Technology graduate with strong knowledge of biscuit production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day production activities in the biscuit manufacturing unit.

Monitor mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling, and packing processes.

Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and schedule.

Maintain product quality and process parameters as per company standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP practices.

Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Packaging departments for smooth operations.

Maintain production reports, batch records, and shift documentation.

Monitor manpower utilization and shop floor discipline.

Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of biscuit manufacturing processes.

Understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI norms.

Good communication and team handling skills.

Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure.

Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech / BSC/MSC in Food Technology or Food Science

Mandatory experience in biscuit manufacturing industry only.

2–5 years of relevant production experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in automated biscuit production lines.

Knowledge of baking parameters and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with ERP or production reporting systems.
