Job Title: Operations Manager (Bolt Torquing)

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager for our Bolt Torquing Division to lead operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellence in execution across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in bolt torquing operations, shutdown and turnaround maintenance, manpower planning, commercial costing, and client relationship management within industrial sectors.

Qualifications / Requirements

• B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Bolt Torquing, Hydraulic Tensioning, Controlled Bolting Services, and Shutdown / Turnaround Maintenance.
• Experience working in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Chemical Industries, or Power Plants.
• Strong operational leadership and project execution skills.
• Commercial understanding of costing, quotations, and proposal preparation.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bolt torquing operations across PAN India projects.
• Plan and execute shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance activities.
• Handle manpower planning, logistics, and site coordination.
• Prepare quotations, costing, and commercial proposals.
• Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and timely project execution.
