Role Summary

We are hiring a proactive and structured Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operational control across 8 to 15 client sites within an assigned cluster. This is a field-active, accountability-first role responsible for daily manpower deployment verification, attendance accuracy, issue resolution, client communication, payroll input validation, site audits, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate is not a data-entry person – they are an analytical operations controller who verifies field data, drives closures, manages clients, and ensures that every site is running at full contracted strength with zero service gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify daily attendance across all cluster sites; identify gaps, absenteeism, and replacement requirements.
• Coordinate manpower backfills and temporary replacements to maintain 100% deployment fulfillment.
• Review field site visit reports daily; conduct independent site visits for ground-level verification.
• Act as the primary client interface for operational issues, complaints, and manpower status updates.
• Validate payroll inputs, OT logs, rosters, and leave records before payroll cut-off.
• Maintain live issue trackers across all sites with owner, status, and resolution timelines.
• Prepare and submit Daily Attendance Dashboard, Weekly MIS, and Monthly MIS reports on time.
• Coordinate toolbox talks, SOP refresher sessions, and induction training with documentation.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, uniform, PPE, ID card, onboarding, and statutory documentation standards.
• Review EOD updates from Field Executives and plan next-day priorities and site visit schedules.

• 4–8 years in facility management, manpower services, soft services, technical services, or related manpower-intensive operations.
• Minimum 3 years of direct multi-site manpower deployment and attendance control experience.
• Prior experience in client coordination, payroll verification, OT management, and MIS reporting.
• Team handling experience – managing Site Executives, Supervisors, or ground manpower teams.
  
  

• Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or degree in Facility Management / Operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
