Job Overview / Scope:
As a Performance Management Intern, you will provide operational and administrative support to the IMEA Performance Management team. This role focuses on coordinating project reviews, maintaining performance trackers, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring smooth execution of performance management cycles.
This internship offers students or recent graduates a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to performance management operations within a fast-paced, global consulting environment. You will work closely with the Performance Management Lead and broader Talent Management team to support the timely and accurate execution of transactional performance processes across the region.
Experience:
This is an entry-level internship intended for candidates eager to learn about Human Capital functions and performance management processes within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Review Coordination:
- Support the generation and tracking of project reviews in ADVANCE (Performance Mgmt. tool).
- Monitor outstanding reviews and follow up with reviewers to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with re-assigning review writers when required.
- Track review cycle deadlines and proactively flag delays.
Data Maintenance & Trackers:
- Maintain and update master performance trackers accurately and consistently.
- Track performance-related flags and update progress regularly.
- Ensure data consistency across systems and internal records.
Reporting & Basic Analysis:
- Pull data exports from ADVANCE (Performance Mgmt. tool) and other internal systems.
- Prepare weekly and ad-hoc performance reports.
- Support updates to simple dashboards and assist with basic data analysis.
- Assist in preparing documentation for performance review cycles.
Ad-hoc Operational Support:
- Respond to transactional performance-related requests.
- Support documentation, filing, and process coordination.
- Assist the Performance Management team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with structured data and systems.
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines reliably.
- Strong follow-up skills and sense of ownership.
- Quick learner who incorporates feedback constructively.
