Responsible for initiating and championing Quality, Health, Safety and Environment improvement programs & compliance to regulations.
Assist QHSE Managers in QHSE implementation and compliance to Brenntag Standards and Local regulation in Site
Understand and manage the compliance with the international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates and other relevant regulations to make sure Brenntag Country is working with meet with all these requirements.
Assisting for Manage the QSHE Training and Development Program to ensure the awareness and competency of Brenntag
Follow up and coordinate with Departments to achieve yearly QSHE target
Work with Government Agencies, etc. in relation to compliance and industry issues.
Lead the internal facility audits (quality, environment, health, and safety) and engages other qualified auditors to assist in the internal audits.
Implement the risk management activities; manage hazardous substances and the disposal of chemicals.
Control contractor safety activities in plant and Project site.
Assist QSHE manager to manage AIPSM (Asset Integrity process safety management) program includes conducting self-audit, addressing the gaps, and improving performance.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in chemical/ Health and Safety/relevant degrees.
Others:
Strong people skills and analytical skills
Good command in spoken and written English
Proficiency in PC skill
