Visa Application Processing

Scrutinize and collect visa application documents for processing.

Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system without errors.

Ensure timely completion of the visa application process within the specified Turn Around Time.

Customer Service and Support

Attend customer/applicant queries through various channels, including in-person, email, and telephone.

Inform applicants about available Value-Added Services and facilitate their delivery to customers.

Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and experiences at the application center.

Compliance and Operations Management

Handle cash and bank transactions accurately, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

Manage passport delivery logistics to consulates, applicants, and logistic companies.

Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures and manuals, ensuring consistency in processes.

Support the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing World Bank projects.

Sustainability

Promote judicious use of natural resources.

Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
